About

ATMA Moves is a movement methodology and repertory ensemble founded in 2017 by Navaji David Nava. At its core is Pranic Dance, an original movement practice developed through the integration of Pranic Healing with a professional dance foundation rooted in classical ballet and contemporary dance lineages. Shaped by energetic awareness, embodied intelligence, and choreographic discipline, ATMA Moves offers a distinct approach to movement training, performance, and artistic research. Its work is devoted to aesthetic excellence, energetic refinement, perceptual awakening, and transformation.

Mission

ATMA Moves creates choreographic, educational, and interdisciplinary work at the intersection of dance, Pranic Healing, and embodied spiritual practice. Its mission is to serve healing, conscious development, and the awakening of human potential by cultivating a deeper relationship between body, the soul, movement, energy, and consciousness. Through performance, teaching, and energetic practice, ATMA Moves offers work that seeks to uplift the inner and outer life of artists, audiences, and the spaces it enters.

Purpose

ATMA Moves exists to support healing, self-development, and the awakening of human potential through embodied practice. It offers movement as medicine in service to a more compassionate and conscious world. At the heart of this work is an invitation to embrace the impulse to awaken.
