Open Level Flexibility & Conditioning

6:30–7:30 PM · $20 Drop-In

An open-level ATMA Moves class designed to support flexibility, strength, breath, and consistency in the body through guided conditioning, mobility work, stretching, mat-based practice, and embodied awareness.

ATMA Warmup / Class

Tuesdays 6:30 PM · Fridays 6:00 PM · 45 Min · Contact to Attend

A 45-minute ATMA Moves warmup and class offered before rehearsal. This practice prepares the body, breath, attention, and energetic field through movement, mobility, phrasework, embodied awareness, and the foundational principles of ATMA Moves.

  • Street parking is approximately $3.50 for 2 hours

Who It’s For

ATMA Moves welcomes dancers, movers, and seekers who want a practice that develops not only form and skill, but also awareness, breath, presence, and embodied intelligence. Tuesday and Friday warmups are rehearsal-based and require direct contact before attending.

Preparation

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Wear socks, athletic clothes, and bring water.
