ATMA Moves offers weekly classes and rehearsal-based practices rooted in rigor, reverence, and conscious development.
Tuesdays
ATMA Class
The first hour focuses on ATMA technique. The second hour opens into choreographic exploration and rehearsal for the ATMA Moves ensemble. Classes are open, but first-time attendees must check in before coming.

Location
Two South Austin Locations
Tuesday and Friday classes meet at two different locations in the 78704 area. Please use the contact page to inquire before attending for the first time. The correct address and arrival details will be shared once your attendance is confirmed.
Parking
- For Friday class, please park on Cumberland Road beside the park, across the street from the studio

Who It’s For
ATMA Moves welcomes dancers, movers, and seekers who want a practice that develops not only form and skill, but also awareness, breath, presence, and embodied intelligence. Tuesday and Friday warmups are rehearsal-based and require direct contact before attending.

Preparation
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Wear socks, athletic clothes, and bring water.
Registration
Classes are open, but first-time attendees must contact Navaji and receive confirmation before coming. Location details are shared directly.
Media
Class may be photographed or filmed for promotional use. If you prefer not to be captured, simply let Navaji know before class.
