Tuesdays
Open Level Flexibility & Conditioning
An open-level ATMA Moves class designed to support flexibility, strength, breath, and consistency in the body through guided conditioning, mobility work, stretching, mat-based practice, and embodied awareness.

Thursdays
Int / Adv Dance & Movement Practice
A weekly intermediate / advanced movement practice for dancers and experienced movers who want to deepen technique, artistry, embodied awareness, and their relationship to movement through phrasework, repertoire, breathwork, energetics, and meditation.

- Neo-classical dance technique
- ATMA Moves phrasework and repertoire
- Breathwork and energetics
- Restorative and regenerative practices
- Closing meditation
